Black Ram
Coming to a Playoff Theater near you...
There are many similarities between the Black Panther and the Black Ram. It took Marvel's Black Panther only 26 days to earn $1 billion. It is taking the DelFL's Black Ram only 7 weeks to score 850 points. The Wakanda King revitalized a rather dull and desultory MCU. The DelFL's 1st overall pick is revitalizing an Owner who has been subsisting in fantasy irrelevance. The Black Panther destroys Box Offices. The Black Ram demolishes Box Scores.
They even both share a questionable supporting cast. The Black Panther has to rely on skinny bald women with spears and a 13 year old sister to protect Wakanda. The Black Ram must make up for Mr. Steal Your Gurley's subpar WRs, which is one of the worst units in the DelFL.
But while the Black Panther might not be the first Avenger taken in a MCU superhero draft (Boner is on record saying he would take the Winter Soldier), there is no question which DelFL player will be picked first. Never has the first pick been such an easy and automatic choice. The Black Ram may be the first off the board for the next 5 years. Randy would certainly suggest this choice as King T'Gurley is leading his team to the 4000 point benchmark before Division play even begins. This has only been accomplished a few times in the history of the DelFL.
But maybe the Black Ram's greatest superpower: the ability to make Randy forget about the Purdue game for at least a few minutes. Time to put a Fat Head of the Black Ram down in the Ran Cave.
