The Godfalter
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Wednesday... for the Godfalter, he can lose any day.
Sicilians have a little joke, that the world is so hard a man must have two fathers to look after him, and that's why they have godfathers. Even before the narrow gut-wrenching loss to Squid in week 4, the Godfalter knew that the world was hard. That fact has now manifested. Whether a co-manager might attenuate this hardship is tough to determine but relevant. Billy seems to have benefitted from Keith's outside perspective. All options need to be on the table. Brittany is available.
Part of the Godfalter's trouble is that he hasn't made an offer that anyone couldn't refuse. In these high frequency trading weeks, the lack of roster deal making is a discernible flaw in his management. He claims conspiracy, but trading is an art form & the Godfalter just can't find a brush.
As fellow Sicilian Mario Puzo said, "Many young men started down a false path to their true destiny. Time and fortune usually set them aright." But for the Godfalter, that true destiny just might sub-500 records and Giorgio Cup victories. It might not be coincidence that Sicilians find the color Brown unlucky.
