Most of the DelFL are happy with the kicking situation. The Rules Office is considering only minor changes for 2018.
61% of the DelFL wasn't happy about FolesGate. Yanni is facing a lot of scrutiny from multiple channels of the DelFL. The Rules Office will likely make sure something like FolesGate never happens again.
This is another heated issue. There are a known contingent of Owners that are zealous proponents of removing roster caps. This fringe group still doesn't have enough leverage to make any changes.
A well known secret is this is the Commissioner's biggest item on his wishlist. But it remains taboo with over half of the league.
