Grant Steals the Show

Tony Alessi may have been the A player but it was Grant Birchmeier whose shoulders were sore waking up Sunday morning. Team Alessi (Tony, Jeremy, Grant, Yanni & Mikey V) needed to eagle the 18th hole at Hillcrest to force a Playoff, which they did (thanks to a brilliant approach by Grant). They then needed to birdie the 1st Playoff hole, which they did. They then needed to eagle the 2nd Playoff hole to win the Bunnathon, which they did. It was Tony's drive, but more significantly, Grant's approach and putt that sealed the victory over Team Sean (Sean, Parker, Lorraine, Gwil & Warren).
