Why the Bills?
No one has lost more games in the DelFL than Warren. His record 76 losses shrouds his early DelFL success. It can be hard to remember that Warren was a finalist in the inaugural season (losing to Boner), he has made the Playoffs 4 times and he has won his division 3 times. Warren is more known for the worst stretch of seasons in DelFL history. From 2010 - 2014, Warren had a total record of 17-48. He drafted in the top 5 every year, usually in the top 3. Which NFL team had a stretch of seasons coming very close to a title followed by complete futility? It has to be the Buffalo Bills. The Bills made 4 consecutive Super Bowls in the 1990's, but were unable to hoist the Lombardi Trophy. Subsequently, they had an atrocious stretch (2000-2015) where they only had 2 winning seasons. So, despite some success, Warren and the Bills are known for losing and only a Championship will rectify this stigma. The cold winters of Luckey and Buffalo may be getting warmer. Both Warren and the Bills have shown in the recent past (Warren in 2015 and the Bills in 2014 & 2015), that they can put together winning seasons. Can they return to the finals? Maybe. Would they lose in the finals? Probably.
