Why the Texans?

Squid is the newest team in the DelFL as are the Texans in the NFL. Both struggled mightily in their beginnings, Squid started out 8-18 & the Texans didn't have a winning record until their 8th year. Both have turned the corner recently, Squid has made the playoffs in the last two seasons and the Texans have made the playoffs in 3 of the last 5 seasons. But both haven't sniffed a championship, they are teams with momentum and Brown Jackets & Lombardi trophies could be in their futures. But their is a similar problem keeping those championship aspirations from becoming reality. They both play in divisions that are dominated by other teams. The Colts have been the hegemon in the AFC South since its genesis and if Andrew Luck is healthy, the Texans will still play 2nd fiddle to their divisional rivals. Similarly, Squid plays in the same division as Kapo, who has left his opponents behind in a cloud of Super Lemon Haze. Both need to take the next step, they should at least be on everyone's radar.
