Final Four
Andrew suffers another heartbreaking loss in the Playoffs. Warren and Tits advance.
#1 Team Birdman
Owner: Tyler Birchmeier
2015 Season: 10-3
2015 PPG: 461
Playoffs: 3-3
H2H v. Tits: 8-2
Best Matchup in Round 1: Adrian Peterson v. CHI
Worst Matchup in Round 1: Eli Manning v. CAR
Do you hear that noise? It is the sound of the Steamer Express heading into Chicago. It isn't usual for the #1 seed to be the underdog but that is the current situation because Team Tits is indomitable at the moment. Birdman might not be intimidated but Eli Manning might be when he plays the undefeated Carolina Panthers this week. But if you get past the QB position, the matchups get a lot easier for Team Birdman. Adrian Peterson against the permeable Bears, Jarvis Landry in optimally sunny San Diego. They should put up plenty of points, but will it be enough? The comparisons of this Birdman team and his 2013 team have already been made, now it is time for Birdman to prove those comparisons wrong.
v.
#4 Steamer's Wetlands
Owner: John Kapostasy
2015 Season: 8-5
2015 PPG: 456
Playoffs: 5-1
H2H v. Birdman: 2-8
Best Matchup in Round 1: Cam Newton @ NYG
Worst Matchup in Round 1: Odell Beckham Jr. v. CAR
3 straight Final Fours for Tits. This year he has been riding the Panthers and Giant's ODB. They happen to play each other this week and there is the possibility of 7 players in that game being in the starting lineups when Tits plays Birdman. There will be plenty of focus, but right now Tits is still on cloud 9 after his stunning come from behind victory over Andrew (where was Optimus Grimes? Andrew will be asking that questions for a long time). Monday nights and the Playoffs have been very dramatic in recent years and it seems like Tits has often been on the positive end while Andrew gets the brunt of the impact. But things are not all rosy for Steamer's Wetlands. A.J. Green lost his starting QB last week and Greg Olsen hurt his knee. If both of those injuries affect the outcome of this week's final four game, then Tits might lose his 2nd straight final four game.

#2 Frisbee Boys
Owner: Jesse Wohl
2015 Season: 9-4
2015 PPG: 485
Playoffs: 3-2
H2H v. Warren: 4-3
Best Matchup in Round 1: Tom Brady v. TEN
Worst Matchup in Round 1: Gary Barnidge @ SEA
Jesse definitely would have rather played Squid than Warren, but the poker advocate will know very well that you get the cards you are dealt. So how are Jesse's chances of beating the Blazing Sushis? With the Frisbee Boys it all starts with Tom Brady and he plays the laughably inept Titans in Foxboro. This looks great on paper, but two things can disrupt what portends to be a 100+ game. 1, the weather in Boston is miserable & 2, The Patriots bench Brady in the 2nd half due to a blowout. Both situations are plausible. Like Birdman, Jesse is also the underdog this week. He knows that it is going to be a tough task to advance to the finals, can Jesse overcome the odds?
v.
#3 Team PigandSushi
Owner: Warren Brown
2015 Season: 9-4
2015 PPG: 443
Playoffs: 3-3
H2H v. Jesse: 3-4
Best Matchup in Round 1: Russel Wilson v. CLE
Worst Matchup in Round 1: DeAngelo Williams v. DEN
Jesse v. Warren in past years would be more likely a Toilet Bowl game than a Final Four. The last time Warren and Jesse were in the playoffs (2009), Jesse crushed Warren in round 1 535-252. I don't think we will see a repeat. In that game Warren had Tom Brady (he didn't play well), now Jesse has Brady. Will Brady again be bad luck? Warren is the favorite to make the finals. He has scored 570+ points in 4 straight weeks mostly thanks to Russel Wilson's incredible stretch of games. Who does Wilson play this week? The Cleveland Browns in Seattle. This might be Warren's year, the stars are aligning.
