The 2014 DelFL Championship
The Brown Brothers square off in the DelFL Final while both are in Vero Beach visiting the Rooneys.
Sean still has an acerbic taste in his mouth from the last time he played in a final while residing in Vero Beach Florida. The taste is from 2011, when Stinky orchestrated a comeback victory with the help of an unknown running back with the last name Bell. Now in 2014, Sean is back in Vero Beach for the Finals. But this time, he must not ask for whom the bell tolls, the bell tolls for thee.
It was a wild seimfinal (the scores are still not official). Le'Veon Bell and Jeremy Hill ran wild, so did Matt Forte and Eddie Lacy (ok, not really, but they did enough), Cutler broke Andrew's heart yet again, TIts and Steamer lost the chance at a repeat all during the lowest scoring Playoff round in DelFL history. Will the final bring commensurate drama?
Sean wants the jacket. The emotions displayed while watching the Bears-Saints Monday night game made that apparent. But, the Commissioner wants another star too. As everyone predicted at the beginning of the year, Josh McCown and Mark Sanchez will quarterback the two finals teams. Stud running backs have trumped stud wide receivers in the playoffs so far. Watch out for Forte, Lacy, Bell & Hill; they will have a huge impact on this week's game. Jacket or star, which will it be?
Good Luck Seany and Happy Birthday.
