Calling in a Favor

Hey Jay! It's your ol' pal & fellow Commodore Andrew, can you please throw it to Brandon tonight?

In 2007, Andrew was on the precipice of greatness. He could almost feel the warming fabric of the Brown Jacket caress his skinnier frame. In the Championship match, going into the 4th quarter of the Monday night game, all Andrew needed was for his QB to hold down the fort. But his QB happened to be one Jay Cutler. And the fort came down like Jericho.

As Andrew watched in horror as interception followed interception, his lead slowly slipped away. Allowing Birdman to eventually win the 2007 Championship.

Starting Thursday night at Soldier's Field in Chicago, Andrew once again is in contention for the DelFL Championship. His QB happens to be one Jay Cutler. This time, however, Andrew is asking his QB to not only hold down the fort, but also to help build it up. But even if Cutler does that Thursday night, there will be plenty of time for him to burn it down and piss on the ashes of Andrew’s deceased dreams.
